I had a water heater SOS and this company saved the day! I was able to call and text information in such a convenient way that I could get an easy quote as well as courteous and kind same day service to have my water heater replaced. This business owner even helped me to understand how the unit worked, how to get it serviced, and also even directed me about how to get a rebate for a more energy efficient unit! I could not recommend this business more highly to other people!

Fast, very professional service. They installed a new tankless unit in a different location from the old tank they took out. They were on time, and on budget. Pricing is probably on the high side of average, but not by a lot. Worth it considering their professionalism and timeliness though (also the quality of the work and the unit itself) especially relative to other contractors I have used.

Today our water heater had to be replaced and thankfully they were able to come out this evening (the night beforeThanksgiving) and get everything replaced within a timely fashion. We had Jake out and he was awesome!! Not only did he explain the system after it was installed but also picked up our puppie’s (in training) poop in the house while we were at work! :) Super awesome guy and very nice! I called on a Saturday after my old tank started leaking water, and I spoke directly to owner Ray. Was able to get service scheduled Monday at 7am. He gave me a fast quote after I texted a few photos, came in over 20% less than 2 other companies including Home Depot sub-contractor. The 2 installers were polite, professional, and did a great job changing venting out the side of my house in the most efficient way possible. They also replaced some copper lines in my furnace area that had mold buildup for a reasonable cost when I requested during the tank install. Outstanding!

Excellent experience with Water Heaters Now. We called Water Heaters Now after a less than pleasant experience with another company. Ray was very knowledgeable regarding water heater options. We installed a gas line and a tankless water heater. Best purchase ever!! Nate was the Master plumber. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time, completed the job quickly, and did not leave any mess. Highly recommend these guys!!
