Water Heaters Now, what can I say? They were exemplary from the moment I called with our emergency to the moment they sent me maintenance information after the install. We had originally used a commercial HVAC contractor, but they were not able to source a replacement Water Heater with the same brand and size and didn’t seem to understand the urgency of the situation like Nate at Water Heaters Now. I had been dealing with this other company for almost a whole day and they told me if I wanted it installed the same day, they would have to get overtime approved and wouldn’t be able to start install until after 5 PM.
